The Agios Ioannis Nicosia Community Council requests tenders for the purchase and application of roof panels as well as the construction and installation of an iron double-leaf door.

Works to be carried out

1. Roof Panel (sandwich Panel):
   1. Supply and installation of roof panels with a total area of ​​40 square meters.
   2. Maintenance work on the existing moraines and replacement of parts that require replacement.
2. Iron double-leaf door:
   1. Construction and installation of an iron double-leaf door with a galvanized outer leaf.
   2. The door must have a lock, two latches and an iron guard.

Tender Submission Terms

• Deadline for submission of tenders: 21 October 2025
• Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly indicating the name of the tenderer.
• Interested parties may visit the site to better understand the nature of the project before submitting their bid.
